Individual Differences as Moderators for Workspace Design and Well-Being

The design and results of an online survey of office workers is presented in order to mete out which individual differences in a client’s workforce may have design implications. Although limited to survey results, the design of the study and the data contribute an important link between the real world of design and worker experience to the world of neuroscience.
