Baseline: Researching Performance Standards for Energy Conscious Design

The principal focus of this issue of Research & Design is the Baseline project, designed to facilitate a survey of the current state of energy conserving design. This journal issue also includes commentary on post-occupancy evaluation, news, abstracts, a profile of HUD's Office of Policy Development and Research, as well as information on grants and prospects.
