Questioning the Role of Online Education in the Architectural Design Studio

The author has studied online studio education through four programs that have been teaching online studios for several years and has distilled general patterns common to all programs into categories of Advantages: Opportunity, Documentation and Democratic and Challenges: Separation, Methodology and Technology.
